This notice is provided to you pursuant to the Privacy of Consumer Financial Information Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Federal Trade Commission's implementing regulation thereunder, 16 C.F.R. Sec. 313, also known as the "Safeguards Rule."
